Your beats always have the most unique instrumentation. This sounds like if KoRn were to make a hip hop track. I could see Eminem rapping on this one back in his earlier days. Good stuff dude!

S-Rock responds:

haha right on, I try to stay away from samples and make my own melodies. best way to make originality is to stay true to your own sound without sampling :) I appreciate it bro thanks for the listen.

As a matter of fact, I do! Whatever it is. Maybe I don't do.

I love the vocal samples in this. I'm not really sure how to describe the feel I get from this beat. It's somewhat chilling, but also very relaxing at the same time. I dunno, like a haunted coffee shop or something like that. I dunno. But I'm definitely loving this one. Keep up the good work!

B-RadGfromOV responds:

You do, do you?

Very happy sounding! I love this, this put me in an awesome mood. Could fit in a video game menu, like if they did a modern remake of the old NES EarthBound game or something. Catchy as hell.

B-RadGfromOV responds:

Thanks brothaman

Sounds good man, awesome flow! Nice sounding track, and to be honest, I didn't notice much static on your mic's end of things, but then again, all I have is a Rock Band mic, so it might have deafened me to some of the problems your mic has.

And damn, I'd forgotten how awesome of a producer FF is. Wish he still posted tracks here.

B-RadGfromOV responds:

Yeah it's not much better than a rock band mic ;^)

And yeah man, Freddy is the shit. He had such a consistently sweet style. Every time he'd upload somethin new, it hit you upside the head, like WHOA where did this come from?? Every time.

Dude, this is awesome! Different from your usual, but true to your style nonetheless. Great work man, keep it up!

Libby-Shimmz responds:

Thanks Jack! :)

Really good! For trying to get a feel for a new software, you really did good on this one. It's only missing one thing: Vox. I wouldn't mind hearing this, or at least a version of it on a Prophets release, it's very true to your style, and very much in that spirit. Great work man!

Clastodon responds:

I'm not sure if it will get vocals, honestly, as this was done at TAFE, and I don't have Logic at home, and the computers at TAFE have no microphones. :/

If it becomes a Prophets song thought you'll be the first to know. It's got some potential. Just, the solos would not be as intricate.

Amazing as usual, dude! Nice bumpin' bassline, nice chill vibe, and as always, awesome use of vocal samples. Pure awesomeness man.

DJDureagon responds:

Thanks for remembering me.

I don't know if I'm the only one that gets this vibe, but for some reason the vocal samples you use give your beats a bit of a creepy feel, even when it's a chill jazz-hop beat like this. It's a different but good combination. I'm loving this one. Great brass. Keep up the good work man!

Libby-Shimmz responds:

This isn't Jazz-Hop Jack.

This is Boom Bap Hip Hop with Dark Orchestral elements.

Thanks for the review mang!

I always appreciate your opinion.

Sounds awesome! Very high-speed, high-energy, just like I like my rock! This needs to be in a racing game or something.

akiTONE responds:

Haha, thanks! I'd like to think Action RPG or something. Or maybe an opening to a show?

Of course! It's during the climactic scene where the opening plays during the boss battle!

... or something like that.

I have to agree with Nucleo on the keys, but damn if that bass wasn't bumping! The bass was without a doubt my favorite part of this track. Nice and funky, but it also works really well with that chilled out guitar. Great work man, I will be anxiously waiting for the full track!

Phaserino responds:

thanks man appreciate it

Hey. Check my music. Review me and I review you. Fair trade? I think so.
