different

kinda strange-sounding, but not in a bad way. i liked the melody, and the tone of the synths was pretty cool. i didn't really care for the space from :34 to 1:07 where there wasn't any drums. the synths still sounded good, but i would have liked it better if you still had some drums in it. other than that, really good song, i'm definitely digging your style. i think this is worth a 9/10 and 5/5.

ummmm

well, i like this track for the same reasons i liked your other one, and disliked it for the same reasons as well. again, it's kinda slow, and doesn't have a whole lot of variation. but, it is a little less repetitive than the last one, so i think we got a good thing going here. keep it up, i'm loving your stuff.

good beat, awesome synths. my favorite part was the robotic vocal samples you threw in. not sure what kinda constructive criticism to add, i'm sure there's someone out there that would find a few things they don't like about it, but i liked pretty much the whole thing. although, it did stay pretty much the same throughout the whole song. maybe add a bit more variation here and there? other than that, good track.

Thanks for the comment! And I've been working to add variation... lol
This is actually a second mix of this song... First was really repetitive... So ya, thanks for the opinion! ^_^

good

kinda short, but it was really good. the drums were my favorite part, as they are in most songs of this style. the melody was nice, i've heard better, but i've also heard helluva lot worse too. it's definitely worth a 9/10 and 5/5. keep it up, i'm digging it.

thanks (:

awesome

sounds to me like a Super Mario Brothers meets jungle music type song. i doubt i could dance to it, but i could definitely play video games to it. the synth just had the Mario-ish sound to it and the drums sounded epic.

P.S. thanks for your review on my song. i'm now returning the favor.

hm hm...

not going to lie, i liked the original version a lot better, but that's not to say that i didn't like this one, because i thought it was pretty cool. the melody remains amazing, and the addition of drums is pretty sweet. only thing that i didn't care for much was the reversed vocals. other than that, completely badass.

Yeah, reversed vox can be hit and miss.

yep

good track. good job on the brass, especially. the only thing that i thought needed work were the drums, they could have been a little bit louder. other than that, good song. 9/10, 5/5.

Thanks for the great review. I really appreciate it.

needs to be longer, but other than that it's good. the melody sounded great, and i liked the drum beat pretty well too. i think you have something going here, just add onto it.

even better than track 4

yeah, track 4 was epic, but this one blows it away in my opinion. the drums were awesome, the bass was pretty cool, and the background voice just took it to a completely new dimension of sheer epicness. good work. 10/10, 5/5.

good

it really did sound like a bumblebee. good work, i liked the beat and the synth. D&B is epic win. 10/10, 5/5.

TheBreeD responds:

Thanks JackRocker. I was definitely satisfied with the buzzing baseline versus the title of the song. Looking back a couple years to this track now, I think more organized drum variation in dynamics and effects would really increase its quality; Not to mention individual and counter EQing to each instrument and overall effects and everything. I appreciate your kind words good sir, and I wish you a happy thanksgiving. Cheers!
